Anster Haddies on the run again

The Anster Haddies started February with the popular Forfar Multi Terrain Half Marathon and it was a rewarding experience for the runners.

Anster Haddies at the Forfar Multi Terrain Half Marathon.

Jazmin Hood (1:42:25, course PB) Lynne Herd (1:44:40, distance PB) and Yvonne Dehn (1:47:19) combined to take home first female team.

Ross Young (1:29:44) recorded a distance PB, while Mike Reilly (1:33:26) and Fiona Cruickshanks (1:52:11) ran a course PB.

Storm Ciara did not deter Sharon Brown (1:18:32, course PB) and Ross Young from running the Devilla 15k Trail Race.

The following weekend Sharon Brown braved Storm Dennis to run the challenging Catherny 5 Hill Race.

The Skull Trail Race at Balbirnie saw Lynne Herd finish 3rd Female and George Findlay 3rd Male Vet.

Fiona Cruickshanks was crowned February Mars Bar winner running the course in 28:48.

As always, the Anster Haddies were well represented at Parkruns. Achieving PBs were Eric Anderson (18:47 at St Andrews) Lynne Herd (21:16 at St Andrews) and Colin McKie (18:19 at Kirkcaldy).
