The Kinross golfer teed up at the mini-tour event, a tournament which features 162 players in a three-round format, with the top 50 players following day two continuing on with the remainder getting cut.

Sadly Calum was one of those not making the final stages of the event, his rounds of 70 and 73 seeing him finish +3 for the tournament.

The cut line was -1.

With the PGA Tour set to resume in the coming weeks, players are starting to shake off ring rust brought about by the coronavirus shutdown.

Amongst those playing at Scottsdale are the PGA tour’s Joel Dahmen and Kevin Streelman.

Dahmen went into the tournament as heavy favourite to come out on top in the fourth year of this event, which he also won in 2017.
