Madras club delighted to resume training sessions

The members of Madras Hockey Club were excited to pick up their sticks and get back in to training last Saturday – even the sun decided to join them.

Twenty under 18s and 20 adults attended the training, including new members, with more expected over the next coming weeks.

The safety of its members was at the forefront in the minds of the committee and the coaches when planning the session, carefully following the guidance from both the Scottish Government and Scottish Hockey.

All appropriate risk assessments were completed and measures put in place to ensure an enjoyable, and safe, session for all involved.

Everyone was happy to back playing and to be back together in their squads and as a club.

Madras Hockey Club is inclusive of all ages and abilities and will happily accept new members.
