Master Bill finally picks up top award
Earlier this year Falkland Trail Runner Bill Duff was voted runner up in the Masters category of the East Fife Sports Council annual Sporting Awards.
The awards ceremony, which celebrates the best in sporting talent across the north east Fife area, was scheduled to take place in spring.
But owing to the outbreak of coronavirus there was no official ceremony.

Hide AdOrganisers have been pulling out all of the stops, though, to ensure that those due to pick up an award receive the recognition they deserve.
This week over-70 veteran Bill belatedly received his award when Hilary Lumsden from the council paid him a visit to present it.
