Disabled golfers recently took part in what became the 25th and 26th runnings of the event.

Wendy Chamberlain, who is vice-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Golf, attended the event and has tabled an Early Day Motion in Parliament congratulating Scottish Disability Golf and Curling for, “planning this important event in the face of huge logistical challenges posed by the pandemic” and wishing the best of luck to participants.

Jim Gales of Springfield, an honourary member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Golf, co-captained the Great Britain & Ireland team and by winning the 26th Phoenix Cup are the current holders.
