Over 200 runners head our for Cupar 5 Mile
The event has been a staple in the calendar for some time and continues to attract a terrfic entry list.
Some of the Kingdom’s best runners headed to compete, with the local club also heavily involved.

Hide AdThe FTR times and finishing positions were: 95th Susanne Lumsden 34m 55s, 100th Gordon Coull 35m 05s, 104th Louise Lessells 35m 28s, 240th Jacqueline Cook 51.49, 242st Jane Gatherer 51m 50s, 242nd Bill Duff 51m 51s, 240th Sandra Gardener 55m 33s.
The overall male and female race winners were Ally Hay Central AC 24m 33s and Jennifer Spence Fife AC 30.25.
Further afield Zoey Johnston ran the Benidorm Half Marathon finishing in 1 hour 39 minutes 11 seconds.
FTR members were out and about at nine different parkruns on Saturday morning.
