Undefeated George reaches the gold standard to lift top honours in Sheffield

George Brown a pupil at Bell Baxter came back with gold from the recent British schools Judo Championship in Sheffield.

George never lost a contest on his way to the gold medal in the under 81kg category.

The youngster, who is a member of Sportif Judo, was guided by his coach John Buchanan.

Any one interested in taking up Judo can head along and speak to John at the Old Parish Centre, Short Lane Cupar on a Monday from 4-8pm.
