VIDEO: Moyer appreciates '˜classy' banner tribute
The Fife Flyers’ defenceman saw Steelers from close quarters last weekend, when he played against them with his new club Fife Flyers.
He told The Star: “They are a pretty solid team all round, they have always had good depth with four lines, which proved to be a positive, had a little more jump than we did.

Hide Ad“I think they’ve got a quality team and I am sure they will be the frontrunners in the League again.
‘‘Hopefully in the coming months we will be nipping at their heels for the championship. “
Moyer said it was nice for the club to allow him to witness last Saturday’s banner-raising. “It was a classy move, I appreciated that.”
After the banner wearing, though, he was “wearing white and blue, not orange.
