Another successful year for Buckhaven arts exhibition

Organisers of the Fall for the Arts exhibition, which took place in Buckhaven over the weekend, are delighted with the response.

This is the third year of the local event, which provides a platform for Fife artists to show off their work and attract a new audience.

From textiles to watercolour, jewellery and acrylics, there was an eclectic array of art on show over the two day exhibition.

Blair Denwette from the Buckhaven Beehive, which set up Fall for the Arts back in 2013, said it was another successful show.

“It went really well, and we had very positive feedback from the artists, with many of them saying they would like to get involved in the preparation of the show in the future.

“We had around 20 artists exhibiting. There was some absolutely beautiful stuff on show, and really talented people involved.”
