KT Tunstall confirms date for live gig at grassroots Fife venue

KT Tunstall has confirmed the date of a Fife gig which was announced as part of the campaign to save independent grassroots venues badly hit by the pandemic.

The St Andrews born singer-songwriter will take an intimate fundraising show at PJ Molloys in Dunfermline on October 21.

The audience will comprise winners of a lucky prize draw which ran during lockdown.

Tunstall said on her Facebook page: “I can't wait to see you all again, live and in-person!

Music fans around the country have raised over £137,000 as part of this campaign of gigs to save independent grassroots venues - without you, our much loved venues would be facing an even bigger crisis.

PJ Molloys saw all of its gigs wiped out after the pandemic struck in March 2020.

The Music Venue Trust’s campaign Passport: Back To Our Roots which will see some of the biggest names play the smallest venues which form the backbone of the UK’s live music scene.
