Velvet Evening Seance explores a world which fascinates many people – but not everyone is comfortable with.
Set in the Victorian era, it is based around a court appearance of a man charged with the murder of his brother.

Amid candles and velvet, he sets about trying to connect with the spirit world, and the jury.
Expect a journey of magic, crime and human fragility as the show poses the question – is James a charlatan, or a man who has found the truth?
Velvet Evening Seance is directed by Ross MacKay, multi-award winning magician and theatre-maker, and written by Suzie Miller.
