Ed Byrne is a master of his craft and it was no surprise to see Rothes Halls packed out for his midweek visit.

Hide AdHe mixes the personal and the political in a set which is then pulled altogether with consumate ease and a smashing finale - and oner which leaves us all richly entertained.
Byrne found some comedy gold with members of the audience - just enough interaction to enhance his standard set which sees him looking at the absurdities of life, of touring, raising a young family, doing corporate work, and of growing old(er).
The title captures him perfectly - he finds humour in the everyday and toe ordinary and brings it altogether in a cohesive, smart, tight set.
