As well as all the traditional favourites such as the livestock classes, vintage tractors, Highland dancing , terrier racing, sheep shearing and dog show, this year some new attractions have been introduced.

They include an educational marquee, giving children an opportunity to get closer to farm animals, while a special attraction within the flower tent this year will be a display of orchids and carnivorous plants by the Scottish Orchid Society, and the SWI tent will feature a huge display of crafts and baking.

Free buses will run to and from the show all day from Kinross and surrounding villages.
