The open day, taking place on Saturday, August 27, from 10am until 4pm, will see a special guest cookery demonstration from the Fife Food Ambassador, Christopher Trotter, who will cook in front of a live audience. Plus, this year many local artisan food producers and crafters will also be in attendance on the day to celebrate the best that Fife has to offer in food and gifts.

Chris Broome, chief executive, Fife Coast and Countryside Trust, which manages the site, said: “The Lochore Meadows Open Day always proves very popular with those in the local area and further afield, as it gives people the perfect chance to sample the variety of diverse activities available at Lochore Meadows.”
