Silverburn Festival will be bigger and better for 2016
The first event, organised by Positive Revolution, in conjunction with Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT), was a huge success, drawing hundreds of people to Silverburn Park for live music, arts and crafts and family-friendly games.
Mark Boyd of Positive Revolution told the Mail that while the specific details haven’t been set yet, they already have some great bands on the bill and are hoping to improve on the success of 2015’s event.

Mark and the team are hoping that local businesses will also aid them in making the event another success for Levenmouth and have urged business owners in the area to get in touch.
“We’re looking for sponsors for the event who can get their names on the upcoming poster and web pages, and on the stage backdrop at the festival. We’d love to hear from anyone who would like to sponsor the event!” said Mark.
Mark has already signed up several bands, many of which played last year and asked to be involved for 2016. Mark said: “The line-up is looking great, featuring the return of some of the acts that stormed the stage in 2015 like Supa & Da Kryptonites, Groucho Underdog, Sauza Kings and Saus & the Secret Soulmates Band, as well as new acts for this year including The Mona Lisas, Shambolics and Lost in Vancouver. More are yet to be announced.”
