13. Easter Bunny Breakfast at Dobbies Dunfermline
Hop along to the restaurant for a tasty breakfast for the whole family before the little ones take part in some egg-cellent fun with the Easter bunny at Dobbies Dunfermline. 14. Mercat Egg Hunt
An egg-citing Easter egg hunt is running in the Mercat Shopping Centre until April 1. Hunt for eggs hidden in five store windows, pick up an answer sheet from outside Bakers + Baristas, fill in the form and post it back in the box for your chance to win a kids toy hamper. Photo: submitted
15. Fife Heritage Railway
Fife Heritage Railway is set to welcome visitors for its first special event of the year on Easter Sunday. The yard at Kirkland will be open on Sunday, March 31 from 11am to 4pm for an egg-stra special Easter Bunny event. There’s the chance to ride the trains with the Easter Bunny who will be handing out gift bags, as well as being among some of the first people to try out the site’s new play park. There will also be face painting and a chance to paint your very own egg. No booking required for the Easter events. 16. Easter panto
Enjoy a theatre show filled with spectacular pantomime magic, dazzling production numbers and of course jokes galore with the Easter panto Beauty and the Beast at the Alhambra Theatre in Dunfermline. The panto will run on Friday, March 29 at 1pm and 5pm. With a star cast, including Lee from Steps, impressive music, energetic dance routines, plenty of jokes and heaps of audience participation it promises to be great for the whole family.
