New ice cream parlour proposed for Fife village
A proposal to open an ice cream parlour in a former Fife bank building has been submitted to Fife Council.
Plans to transform the former Royal Bank of Scotland on Main Street in East Wemyss into an ice cream parlour and coffee shop have been put to the local authority.
The application, registered by George Wallace, will be considered as a delegated decision by Fife Council.
The bank closed in October 2014.
