Top chef to visit St Andrews hotel

Mr Todiwala will be sharing his wealth of skills and experience in Asian cusine with guests at the Fairmont St Andrews, at an extraordinary dinner and culinary masterclass.

He will also be creating an exclusive menu for guests using the finest local produce sourced in Scotland, featuring seafood from the Fife coast and season produce from the Kingdom and Tayside.

The dishes will be created in front of the guests, offering a unique and interactive evening, and the following day Mr Todiwala will host a masterclass taking guests on a journey of combining flavours, spices and ingredients to make the perfect dish.

Chef Todiwala said: “I’m truly looking forward to preparing my menu of pan-Indian dishes – all based around beautiful Scottish produce – with guests at Fairmont St Andrews, and to sharing my tips to on how to get the best out of Scottish produce during the masterclass. The team at the hotel are world-class and the stunning backdrop is the perfect location to host this unique gastronomic experience.”
