Ian, and his wife Jan are long time supporters, and are no strangers to helping those most in need.
They organise Easter and Christmas toy and selection box appeal for underprivileged children in the Gallatown area.
Ian said: “As Jan and I cancelled our holiday plans this year, we saw Nourish’s fundraiser for a move to a better suited premises, and thought to ourselves, lets donate the money that we would have used for our holiday

"Nourish is an absolutely fantastic group, and what it does, and how it does it is brilliant – the group started from very humble beginnings with only a few parents supporting each other.
"Whenever Jan and I are at Nourish we are made to feel like family. Other charities are run like a business, but at Nourish it is all about the kids and family, which resonates with us as we are a family run business.”
Since starting a JustGiving fundraiser last month Nourish has raised £7500 towards its goal of £15,000.

"We are now at the halfway mark, but we still have a long way to go. This weekend we will be fundraising on Kirkcaldy High Street and Morrisons in the town on Saturday, and on Sunday we will be at Linton Lane Centre for a Cake and Donate event.”
