Competitive golf will join a host of other sports returning to top class competition in the coming weeks.

The European Tour has this week announced the resumption of its 2020 season with the launch of a new six-week ‘UK Swing’ as well as the confirmation of new dates for four Rolex Series events, including the rearranged Scottish Open.

Following the suspension of the season on March 8 due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, the European Tour will return to action, initially behind closed doors, in July and run through until December.
