Fife house prices show decline
The decline contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area suffer a 0.6 per cent annual decline.
The average Fife house price at the end of 2019 was £133,921, Land Registry figures show – a per cent, and Fife under performed compared to the 0.3 per cent rise for the UK as a whole.
