Plans have been lodged to build a new drive-through restaurant and gym in Dalgety Bay.

It comes from a company which forms part of the Adill group - a UK wide business which works with major names such as Costa Coffee KFC, Burger King, and Taco Beall as well as Anytime Fitness.

London based CuppaCoff Sc Ltd wants permission to develop land to the north east of Ridge Way at Hillend Industrial Park.

Its application to Fife Council is for a Costa Coffee drive through, plus a gymnasium.

The development would also include parking, landscaping and outdoor seating.

Adill group has over 150 restaurants and coffee shops nationwide, together with its hotel and property portfolio.

The company’s website states: “We continue to grow from strength to strength and remain enthusiastic for future opportunities both with existing and new brands.”

Councillors will consider the proposals for the site in Dalgety Bay in due course.
