St Andrews: man, 74, charged after series of indecent exposures in town

A 74-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents in St Andrews.
The offences took place mostly in the Kinburn Park and Cockshaugh Park areas between October 2025 and November 2026. He is expeccted to appear before Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, 5 November, 2026.
Detective Sergeant Mark Millar said: “Incidents of this nature can cause a great deal of concern and distress within the local community and will not be tolerated.
“We’d like to thank members of the public for their assistance which was vital during our investigation.
“We’d also urge anyone else who has witnessed this type of criminality to please get in touch with Police Scotland on 101.”
