Kirkcaldy company's new deal taps into real time speech analytics

A Kirkcaldy business has added a new service which can help convert customer conversations into sales.

Veri-Call is offering clients a new way of connecting, based on real time speech analytics.

The company, based at John Smith Business Park, has teamed up with another Scottish firm, Vorth Technology Solutions, to launch the new facility.

Adam Taylor, chief executive of VeriCall said: ““This new service can convert customer conversations into sales and help engender a positive customer experience.

“And, as its fully automated, it delivers insights and analysis easily and incredibly quickly – just 30 seconds after each conversation ends! “

VeriCall launched in Kirkcaldy in May 2019, creating 200 jobs.

It has since grown its workforce and won a number of contracts with a range of major businesses.
