Show home opens in St Andrews
A housebuilder David Wilson Homes has unveiled its show apartment as part of a new development in St Andrews.
David Wilson Homes opened the doors to residents, neighbours and prospective buyers at an exclusive launch last Saturday at the development site on Melville Road in St Andrews.
The site will offer a rand of two, three and four bedroom homes.
Lorraine Paterson, Sales and Marketing Director at Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes East Scotland, said: “It was a pleasure to welcome so many local residents and prospective buyers to our launch and to show them the standard of homes we are delivering in St Andrews.
“With the Old Course, the beaches, the independent cafés and restaurants and the town centre all within easy reach, this is a way of living that very few developments can offer.”
