A unique opportunity to buy three investment properties on the same street in the centre of Kirkcaldy comes up this week.

The commercial premises are at the harbour end of the High Street, and go under the hammer in individual lots via Online Property Auctions Scotland on Thursday.

They are currently let to a pet shop, a hypnotherapy centre and a high-end barber shop. The businesses continue to trade and are not affected by the auction.

Guide prices range from £48,000-£72,000.

The retail units are among five properties in Fife to be auctioned.

The others are a flat in Pratt Street, Kirkcaldy which has a guide price £29,000 and a food takeaway in Kennoway on offer at £59,000.
