It could be an ideal treat or Christmas gift for car enthusiasts young and old because there’s a big discount across 30 UK circuits
Unless you have a multi-million-pound car collection, the chances to drive a Ferrari, Aston Martin or Porsche supercar are pretty limited. However, a Car Chase Heroes special offer is available whereby petrolheads can have a day out driving a selection of supercars for £57, reduced from £198 on deals site Wowcher.
Also, given that it’s all on the track, youngsters can also get in on the action too. There is a choice of three, six or nine laps with up to three cars, with prices starting from £37 for the basic package available at 30 circuits across the UK. So, it could make for a cracking Christmas gift for the petrolhead in your life.
Wowcher is offering a great choice of vehicles, including a Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari 360, Ferrari 348, Audi R8, Aston Martin DB9, Nissan GTR, and Porsche 911.
Children have to be at least 10 years old for the specially adapted vehicles, including the Lamborghini and Ferrari. Adults need a full driving licence.
Family and friends are welcome to spectate, premium tracks and vehicle upgrades are available for an extra fee. One drawback is that weekend bookings carry a £20 surcharge. Further details can be found here.
One woman bought the experience as a gift, saying: “It was for my dad’s birthday, he did enjoy it. Two nice cars and totally different, Ferrari and Mustang. Very nice cars to drive, good instructor and well run.”
Alternatively, with Red Letter Days, there is an offer on Everyman Racing with the chance to choose to drive three cars from a selection of more than 60 vehicles and get a high-speed passenger ride to boot.
