Arrest after man found seriously injured in Glenrothes

Officers were called to Cullen Drive late in the afternoon..

The 40-year old was taken to hospital for treatment.

Fife Police confirmed later that a man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Inquiries are on-going.

Forensic officers were seen in the area for most of Monday evening, and an area cordoned off as door to door inquiries were conducted.
