Man admitted intent to steal from Fife property

A man who admitted intending to steal from a property in Kennoway has had his sentence deferred for six months.

Gary Jackson, of Kingsdale Gardens, Leven appeared before Sheriff Wiliamson at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

Jackson, 37, admitted that on May 26 and June 10 this year he was found in the curtilage of a property in Landside Drive, Kennoway without lawful authority, so it may be reasonably inferred he intended to commit theft there.

Sentence was deferred until January 19, 2022 for him to be of good behaviour.
