Man arrested after cocaine worth £15,000 found in Fife town


A 24-year-old man has been arrested following a drugs search in a Fife town.
The search was carried out on Sunday morning in Methil.
A police spokesperson said: “Officers executed a drug search warrant at a premises on High Street, Methil around 11.15am on Sunday, 18 April, 2021.
“A quantity of cocaine with an estimated street value of £15,000 was recovered.
“A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Friday, 14 May, 2021.”
