We’re all strapping in for a very long spring and summer at home.

With all leisure facilities closed, and time out of the house limited, we all need to find different ways of filling time.

True, there are those box sets we’ve been meaning to watch for ages, but once you have binge-watched, trawled Netflix, and plundered your DVDs, what next?

There are only so many times parents can sit through Frozen before screaming “let it go!”

With all live venues closed to them, they have shifted online and provided a host of concerts from their sofas, many of them free of charge.

The Coaltown Daisies are brightening up Sunday evenings with some random banter - their words - which includes chat and great acoustic music from Vivienne Bern and Lynzy Moutter, The duo, who recently, released their superb second album, go live on Sunday at 6:00pm on their Facebook page HERE https://www.facebook.com/thecoaltowndaisies/

Up and coming singer-songwriter, Julia Rose, has live lockdown gigs planned for Friday (8:00pm) and Saturday (12:00pm) at her Facebook page - she is also posting videos of cover versions to add to your soundtrack.

Julia did have a gig scheduled at the Kings Live Lounge which fell victim to the lockdown. Her talents have already been spotted and she has signed a five-year management deal.
