Hide AdAlistair Dickson, director of people and technology, believes that the ongoing pandemic has raised awareness of the important role of social care staff.
He said: “Covid-19 has been a challenging time for everyone, and this was definitely the case for the social care sector.
“We value the skills and experience of people in retail, hospitality or call centre roles who are unable to work or have been furloughed. Individuals looking to apply should not be deterred if they do not have experience within the sector as full training will be provided.
“We’re offering people the chance to ‘dip their toe in the water’ to see if a career in care is right for them. We’re confident that Quarriers can offer a fulfilling social care career combined with training and support throughout.
