Hide AdProposals submitted to Fife Council outline how Camac hopes to demolish the outgoing Burnside Auto Centre on Low Road and replace it with the new store and 20 parking spaces.
Agents, North Planning and Development Ltd, say it will lead to the creation of four full-time jobs and up to 14 additional part-time positions.
The larger store, with its bigger offering, will reduce the number of journeys taken by locals elsewhere to stock up on essentials, and reduce congestion on the High Street caused by delivery vehicles.
