Scottish Election 2021:  Willie Rennie holds North-East Fife with record majority

Willie Rennie has received a record majority in North East Fife.

He held his seat with a 7,448 majority over the SNP's Rhuaraidh Fleming.

"This is such a great result - thank you for voting for me," he told supporters at Glenrothes' Michael Woods Sports Centre.

Rennie's majority in 2016 was 3,465.

Turnout was 67.81%, up 4.64 percentage points on 2016, with 59,596 people registered to vote, a quarter of whom registered to vote by post.
