“Jonas leads by example night in night out. He leaves everything out on the ice and consistently shows up every night to play at the top level and has wonderful leadership qualities,” he said.

“He was one of the first guys I wanted back from our last roster.

“James has been with the club for a considerable period of time and we have seen him develop over time.

“He is very vocal off ice, as well as giving his all on ice he is instrumental in leading these guys off the ice and organising events to make the team bond and gel.

“And Peaks has been an absolute delight to work with and is another guy who brings a wealth of experience.

“We have seen younger guys, import and non-import, go to him for guidance and assistance, he is a steadying influence on the ice and another guy who can develop strong relationships with the team.”
