Lang Toun Fest: what’s on as Kirkcaldy’s community festival swings into action

Kirkcaldy’s second annual Lang Toun Fest gets underway in earnest this weekend.

The community led event programme features more than 160 events.

Set up to nail the social media myth that “nothing ever happens here” Lang Toun Fest pulls together a host of events taking place across the town. Copies of the programme can also be picked up from various locations, including Waterstones in the High Street.

The schedule features everything from walks to yoga to live music - and a chance to try your hand at many different activities.
