Growing property network group in Kirkcaldy announces next expert speakers
A growing property networking group in Kirkcaldy has announced its next meeting.
It takes place on Tuesday, September 22 at BArty’s in Kirk Wynd, with a 6:30pm start.
The September meeting of Kirkcaldy Property Network will feature David McGinty, who will take part in a question-and-answer session on property auctions, together with a mortgage market update from Jenny McLaughlan. Also joining will be William Thomson, who will talk about his experience in property over the last few years, and his current Kirkcaldy project involving the conversion of a former children’s home into three houses.
The group launched in February 2026 and has quickly developed into a meeting place for local property investors, developers, landlords, architects, agents and other property professionals. Alongside discussing investment and development, the network has taken an increasing interest in the regeneration of Kirkcaldy and the opportunities to bring vacant buildings and premises back into productive use.

Colin Miller, founder and host said: “One of the things we wanted to do when we started Kirkcaldy Property Network was create somewhere people involved in property could meet, learn from each other and make useful connections.
“The response over the first few months has been very encouraging and we are now seeing a really interesting mix of investors, property professionals and people involved in projects across Kirkcaldy and Fife coming along.
“September’s meeting should be another very practical evening. We will be looking at auctions, the mortgage market and hearing first-hand about a local development project. Just as importantly, there will be plenty of opportunity for people in the room to ask questions, share their own experience and make connections.
“We also want the network to play a positive role in Kirkcaldy. There are considerable opportunities to invest in the town and bring vacant buildings back into use, and having a stronger network of people who are willing and able to invest can only help.”
The meeting is open to existing and prospective property investors, landlords, developers, property professionals and anyone with a genuine interest in the sector.
Tickets for the meeting are £10 and can be obtained through Eventbrite. More details at KPN’s Facebook page.
