Hat-trick of awards for Fife Properties at London ceremony
A Fife property company has been named the region’s number one estate and letting agency - completing a remarkable hat-trick.
Fife Properties was honoured for the third time at at the ESTAS’ customer service awards – recognised for outstanding customer service in both estate agency and lettings.

The Fife-based business, established in the 1970s, returned from the ceremony at London's Grosvenor House with three accolades: Fife’s number estate agent, letting agen and a silver award for estate agency in Scoland.
The ceremony was hosted by television property expert Phil Spencer, best known for Channel 4's Location, Location, Location.
Unlike traditional industry awards, the ESTAS recognise estate and letting agents through feedback from customers who have experienced their services firsthand.
Jim Parker, of Fife Properties, said: "To come away with three awards, including recognition at Scottish level, is an incredibly proud moment for everyone at Fife Properties, but what makes these awards so special is that they come from our customers.
“These aren't awards decided by a panel of industry experts. They're based on the experiences of the people who have actually used our services.
“Over the years, I've realised that awards aren't really about the trophies. They're about the people behind them. The early starts, the late finishes, the difficult property chains, the unexpected challenges and the countless occasions when someone in our team goes above and beyond because they genuinely care.
“Those are the things the public doesn't always see, so when our customers recognise that effort, and our team receives that recognition in front of the wider property industry, it means an enormous amount. I'm incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated group of people, and these awards belong to every single one of them."
Fife Properties has witnessed more than five decades of change in the Scottish property market, from traditional newspaper advertising to digital property portals, video marketing and modern online technology.
However, Jim believes that the fundamental qualities people expect from an estate or letting agent remain unchanged.
"Technology has transformed the way we market and sell properties, but people still want the same things they've always wanted – honesty, communication, professionalism and someone who genuinely cares about their circumstances,” he said.
“Moving home can be one of the most stressful experiences in someone's life. Likewise, landlords trust us with valuable investments and tenants rely on us to help provide somewhere they can call home. That responsibility is something we never take lightly. These awards tell us that our customers appreciate the work our team puts in, and that's the greatest recognition we could ask for."
He added: “We're proud to be a Fife business, employing local people and serving local communities. To receive this recognition on a national stage is something we'll remember for a long time.
“But the biggest thank you must go to our customers. Without their trust, support and feedback, none of this would have been possible and to my fantastic team.”
