Hide AdGreen also admitted on May 17 at Stenton Roundabout, B921 he failed to give police information as to the identity of the driver of the vehicle when required to do so.
He further admitted driving without insurance.
The Procurator Fiscal Depute told the court: “At around 8.15pm a witness was driving from Glenrothes and was heading to the Stenton roundabout when she noticed the vehicle face down on an embankment.
"She stopped and saw a male in the driver’s side who was later identified as the accused. He exited the vehicle and made an attempt to run away but fell over.
"His speech was slurred and there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from him. Police attended.

"At 11pm that night he was taken to Kirkcaldy Police Station when he provided two specimens of breath three hours after the incident. He was cautioned and charged.”
Green’s defence lawyer said his client has no recollection of the incident due to his alcohol consumption.
Sheriff Williamson said: “It is entirely unacceptable that you were so drunk, particularly with the reading you had, that you can’t remember getting into your car, driving down an embankment and then singing in front of the emergency services. I am going to defer sentence for three weeks for a criminal justice social work report to see if you are capable of doing unpaid work.”
Green was disqualified from driving in the interim.
