Raith Rovers' 2017 Hall of Fame has sold out in record time.

A huge queue formed at the Adam Smith Theatre as tickets went on sale on Saturday morning for next year’s show - and they were snapped up within 80 minutes.

That’s even quicker than the 2016 sell-out!

The sixth annual show doesn’t take place until Monday November 6, 2017, underlining the huge interest in an event which has brought some of the biggest names in football to Kirkcaldy, and inducted a host of Raith Rovers’ legends.

VIP guests have included Graeme Souness, Gordon Strachan, Harry Redknapp, Liam Brady and Charlie Nicholas.

The 2016 show saw football legends Paul Merson and Phil Thompson bring the house down with their anecdotes.

The show also inducted Murray McDermott, Marvin Andrews, Donald Urquhart, Jimmy Todd, Jimmy Scott, Antonio Calderon, and Stevie Crawford who became the first ever Gourlay inductee - named in honour of the late Ally Gourlay.
