Police at Burntisland shop after 'attempted robbery'

Police are focused on the area around a convenience store on Cromwell Road in Burntisland

It is understood that there was an attempted robbery earlier this evening, however police say no one was injured.

Officers are conducting an investigation and have been on the scene since around 8pm.

Police say the incident is ongoing and there is no danger to the public.
