Short video clips were played to announce the winners of the various categories.

Striker Wilson was the big winner but there were some close votes in the various categories.

Wilson was top scorer for the 2019-20 season with 23 goals to his name and he also received 29 votes in the ‘player of the season’ category chosen by supporters. The former East Fife striker completed a hat-trick of awards when he was voted players’ player of the season.

The manager’s pick went to Michael Fleming. The committee’s player of the season winner is Ryan McInnes.

Committee member Donald Gellatly said: “The committee always likes to recognise hard work carried out by individuals behind the scenes, so clubman of the year is Ian Donaldson.

“Ian again beat Lindsey Lawrie by one vote but both provide excellent service on a Saturday, looking after the changing rooms plus kit, while the former deserves praise for helping to run the vitally important Super Sixes lottery draw.”
