Kirkcaldy back decision to end Scottish Rugby season

The National 2 side voted in favour of voiding their season, with club president Graeme Hannah saying it was right call.
“In our league the top six or seven teams can all beat each other. It’s tight at the top.

“We felt null and voiding was probably the fairest outcome. I know it’s not going to make everybody happy.
“A few clubs are going to get hurt by it. Orkney were looking to get promotion to the national leagues for the first time, so they’ll be hurting a bit.”
By reaching the decision Graeme says it takes away the element of uncertainty.
“That was always going to be difficult to deal with.

“From that point of view, it was a no-goer, it’s just a pity that there’s no more rugby.”
