Free football sessions for youngsters a Fife leisure centre
Free football sessions for young people are set to kick-off at Beacon Leisure Centre in Burntisland.
They will run outdoors, every Friday, from October 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The games are being provided by Fife Sports and Leisure Trust and Active Fife, which is part of Fife Council, using funding from the recent Summer of Sport campaign.
Youngsters aged 10 to 17 can take part. They must turn up and secure a space at the venue's reception on the day, before the football session begins - details at [email protected]. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cameron Kingsland, participation manager said: “Our Friday Night Football sessions will offer young people the chance to enjoy tournament and match play in a welcoming environment. These coach-led sessions are free to attend and open to youngsters of all abilities. Just come along and secure your space at the Beacon’s reception on the day.”
As the sessions will take place outdoors on the astro-turf, participants should dress appropriately for the weather.
