Fundraising ceildih for Poppyscotland in Fife

Music will be provided by the well-known local Kingdom Ceilidh Band, and a three-course meal will be served.

Tickets cost £30 and there will also be a raffle, silent auction and sweepstake to win £200.

All monies raised on the night will go towards supporting the Armed Forces community and their families in Fife and across all of Scotland.

Raffle prizes include vouchers for gin tours, hampers, a gym membership, flight simulator, and, McEwan Fraser Legal are offering a full corporate hospitality voucher for two at either a Ross County or Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC home game.

Gordon Michie, head of fundraising at Poppyscotland, said: “St Andrew’s Day is one of the most iconic days in the Scottish calendar and there will no doubt be scores of ceilidhs taking place all across the country.

“To that number, we are proud to add our own Poppyscotland Ceilidh which will no doubt prove to be a fantastic evening of dancing and dining at Burntisland Golf Club.

“While fun will very much be had by all, the event will also provide another opportunity for us to raise vital funds for members of the armed forces community in Scotland.“

Doors open at 6:30pm, with food served at 7.00pm before the Ceilidh begins at 8.00pm.
