Late Night Leven to return for 2026

Late Night Leven is set to make a return in the lead up to the festive period.

The inaugural event which sees businesses in Leven town centre open their doors later than usual in a bid to bring more people into the High Street and to shop locally, was such a success that organiser Rebecca Moncrieff, owner of KHEE Homeware & Interiors, says that all the businesses were keen for a repeat for 2026.

“It was a great success,” she said, “all the participating shops and coffee shops and restaurants just said there was a great buzz about town.

“People were busy and just really enjoyed seeing seeing the town centre buzz.

“Obviously with these things you just never know how it's going to go, but everyone that took part thought it was worthwhile, so I thought let's do it again.”

Taking part once again are KHEE featuring Silver Dollar Scotland, Cornerstone, Boutique No1, Jenna May’s, Glendale Nurseries, Craig Boyd Hairdressing, Sceptre Pet & Hobbies, whilst at Allan Moncrieff Alarms there will be pop ups from Alchemy, Willow & Plum, Mallory’s Makes and Motorfits.

Two new businesses are also joining Late Night Leven for 2026 – Scoonie Coffee House featuring Lush, which opened recently on the High Street, and Moda Belle Boutique.

Rebecca – who is also a member of Leven Community Council who are putting on the area’s first ever drone show on November 7 – added: “It’s great that we’ve got a couple of new businesses.

“There will be different perks available from the participating businesses. It might be a glass of something, a free gift or a discount. Cornerstone are putting on a live singer.

“It’s looking ahead to the lead up to Christmas so it’s a good opportunity to get your Christmas shopping started.

“I’ll be Christmasing my shop and giving a glass of mulled wine and a free gift for every shopper on the night. I know that the clothing boutiques are going to have plenty of sequins in for Christmas party outfits!

“Last year, there was such a great buzz in town and we can't wait to welcome people this year.”

Late Night Leven will take place on Saturday, November 14 from 6-8pm.
